Operators recognise they have opportunities to improve their business performance but sometimes need the help
of experienced, supportive professional operators.
We look at the whole business and provide an absolutely unbiased and objective appraisal. We will identify opportunities
to increase sales, improve sales to profit conversion and examine operating costs, which are sometimes ignored when developing
an effective policy.
We need operators to share otherwise confidential management information and financial data with us. This usually
leads to a requirement for developing an improved system for capturing key data, which, though simple to generate, is fundamental
to effective revenue and cost control. This can be paper based or computer based; the principles are the same.
Our approach is therefore constructive in the sense that we want to develop individuals understanding, skills
and knowledge so that when we “leave,” profit improvement and best practice continues and the need to return diminishes,
being replaced by telephone support or, if the client wishes, occasional one to one coaching and mentoring. We make friends
out of clients!
